Orders may be placed via our toll-free number 800-THE-1-KEY (800-843-1539), by email to
vpsales@keyscientific.com, custserv@keyscientific.com, or by fax 888-440-4208. We are committed to offering the best possible customer service. When you call, you will get a live person, not a recording. We are at your service from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, M-F. We enjoy serving you and will do our best to offer you our personal assistance. Faxes are always confirmed via return fax or verbally within 24 hours. If you did not receive a confirmation-we did not receive your fax. Distributor information is available on request. Samples are available for first time users on most products manufactured by Key.
SHIPPING:
Orders placed before noon, CST, are shipped on the same day as they are received. Orders are shipped by UPS ground unless a faster method is requested. Freight is pre-paid and added to invoices. Master Card, Discover, and Visa are welcomed as payment. A small handling charge is added to every order in lieu of requiring minimum orders.
TERMS/PRICING:
All invoices are due and payable in Stamford, Texas 30 days from the invoice date. Payment

GUARANTEE-
products made by KEY only:
KEY Scientific Products unconditionally guarantees every item we make. In general this
applies to catalog numbers starting with a “K”. If you are not happy for any reason, return the
product for refund or credit at your option. This also applies to the shelf life of our products.
If the shelf life is shorter than ½ of the original life, we will replace or credit as you prefer. Shelf
life can be verified at time of order.
GUARANTEE-
Vendor products: Replacements of vendor items follow the rules set forth by the vendors. Key will assist wherever possible to resolve any such problems.

A compendium of product inserts is listed on this site. COA Certificates for our products are available on request. KEY SCIENTIFIC offers high quality products at reasonable prices. No product will be sold that does not meet the company’s quality assurance specifications.
